Occasionall Staff are on the hunt for charismatic, high-energy Brand Ambassadors to help bring the bold flavour of Smashburger to campuses across the UK this Freshers season.

You’ll be serving up good vibes (and great burgers) as part of a buzzing promo team, introducing students to the Smashburger brand in style.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

•⁠ ⁠Representing Smashburger at Freshers fairs, campus events, and pop-ups

•⁠ ⁠Encouraging students to sign up for offers and updates (and rewarding them with something seriously tasty)

•⁠ ⁠Being the face of the brand – sparking conversations, building hype, and making sure everyone leaves smiling

•⁠ ⁠Keeping things slick: managing stock, engaging queues, and staying on-brand from start to finish

•⁠ ⁠Working closely with a supportive, fun-loving team

•⁠ ⁠Big burger energy: you love the brand and love talking to people

•⁠ ⁠Confident, upbeat, and comfortable approaching students

•⁠ ⁠Self-motivated and dependable – you bring the energy without being asked

•⁠ ⁠Personable, friendly, and able to hold a conversation with just about anyone

•⁠ ⁠Experience in promo, hospitality, or brand work is a bonus – but not essential

🚶‍♀️ Travel: At Occasionall, we believe in working with local talent wherever possible – reducing travel time and costs for everyone. Staff are therefore responsible for their own transport to and from each shift. Just turn up, spread the Smashburger vibes, and head home when you're done.

💵 Pay: £15ph
